Annet Mahendru
Mahendru, a Russian-Indian mother is born in Afghanistan. She speaks fluent German, Russian, English and also French Persian and Hindi. Annet Mahendru, born in India, to a Russian father as well as an Indian mother, is fluent with both of the languages. When she was 11 she choreographed and performed a dance that led to the honor of a German television appearance. Her performance featured a Russian-born snow maiden that transformed into an entertaining Indian dancer. After high school, she graduated and earned a bachelor's degree from the Department of English at the University of New York. She studied improvisation and comedy at Groundlings School after leaving HB Studio. Her birthplace was in Kabul Afghanistan to a Hindu-Indian father Ghanshan Ken Mahendru and a Russian mom Olga. At the age of 13, parents separated. Her father relocated the household to East Meadow New York. TV actress known for playing the former KGB agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova, on FX's The Americans. She also had recurring roles on The Following, a Fox show The Following as well as NBC's The Blacklist.
